Today I had my second visit with Marina. First massage was for relaxation. It was haven!! Today I addressed my concerns about pain on my knees and she explained everything to me: I am swollen, what should I do, recommend to drink more water or herbal tea, walking, and she explained what to do after the massage, etc. Today she did 1/2 hour lymphatic massage on my knees and legs and 1/2 hour relaxation massage. I had a blast again!! After that, I came home and I was not swollen like before and my legs were not heavy also. 🙏 She is nice and have a lot of knowledge! Thank you Marina! See you next Friday!
